I build data tools that ship: read a live feed, make a decision, return something useful. Looking for internships in AI engineering or data science.

What I've built:

• dailybriefmail (live): a build-your-own AI newsletter, 22 modules. Each morning a cron job turns your picks into live web-search instructions for Claude, which writes a brief made for you and sends it through Resend. Next.js, Supabase, Claude API.
• SurfScore: a Northern California surf-forecasting pipeline. It reconciles irregular NOAA buoy readings with Open-Meteo forecasts into a 0–100 score across 3 breaks, picks the best 2-hour window each day, and tracks forecast error against the buoys. Python, PostgreSQL, runs daily on GitHub Actions.
• Earlier: investment research on technology companies, and a small business I started and ran end to end.
